Sawdust Session . . . Shop Cleanup and Sharpening

Meet up at the woodturning center to visit with other members, get questions answered, or make some sawdust. This month we'll be cleaning up some and sharpening tools. If you're curious how, bring a tool or two and we'll work through the process together.

Meet up at the woodturning center to visit with other members, get questions answered, or make some sawdust.
If you can arrive a little early, we need to clean up the shop in preparation for this season's workshop schedule. From 5-6 p.m. will be cleanup time.
This month we'll be sharpening tools. If you're curious how, bring a tool or two and we'll work through the process together.
There will be members helping out with sharpening, but as with all Sawdust Sessions all tools are open and waiting to be used.
Make use of the shop's lathes, polishing wheels, sharpening systems and more. Get help cutting blanks with the chainsaw or bandsaw. But mostly hang out with other great people . . . woodturners!
