Vermont Woodturners Guild Workshops are only open to members in good standing. To join a waitlist when this class fills send an email to info@vtwoodturnersguild.org. If there is sufficient interest the class might be offered again. 1-4 pm The bowl gouge is one of the most used tools for most woodturners. This three-hour session presented by two master woodturners -- Brad Vietje and Adam Wager -- will discuss in-depth the various grinds given to bowl gouges and technique of its use. This workshop will help you feel comfortable making the basic cuts and work on advanced techniques. Bring your own tools for assistance with grinds and sharpening, or use the club's tools.
